<p>Happy Monday! Did you watch the Grammy Awards last night? The show was fine and all, but what I cared most about was the Red Carpet, of course!</p>

<p>Hi Everyone! Happy New Year! I hope you had a great Christmas and New Years! I was able to take some time off work (yay!) so I got to enjoy being home with my boys. Loved it!</p>

<p>For Christmas, we had a quiet Christmas at home this year. I missed my family, it didn't feel quite like Christmas without them, but we got to start some new traditions with our little man, <a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2013/08/meet-coen.html" title="Meet Coen">Coen</a>. I grew up doing Christmas on the 24th, which is the tradition in Honduras. We would go to church for Christmas Eve service, visit my dad's family, and then meet up with my mom's family for dinner, fireworks, and then gifts at midnight. The Mr. grew up with celebrating it on the 25th as is accustomed in the US. They would get up early to open gifts and do breakfast, and later on that day or so they would go see their extended family. Since we grew up with different traditions and we both wanted to share them with Coen, we decided to blend them! So this year we decided to cook a nice dinner at home (and we're not the cooking kind! Ha.) and do some of the gifts on Christmas Eve, as I'm used to. Then we did breakfast and more gifts on Christmas Day morning, like the Mr. is used to. It was fun seeing Coen enjoy all of it, even if he's not really old enough to know what's going on!</p>

<p>For New Years, we went over to a friend's house and we all took our babies with us (and somewhere for them to sleep in!). Yes, it makes me feel old just even saying it! Haha. We sure had fun though. Lots of food and even more laughter! A great way to welcome the new year!</p>

<p>¡Hola a todos! ¡Feliz Año Nuevo! Espero que hayas tenido una buena Navidad y un buen Año Nuevo! Yo tuve la oportunidad de tomar algún tiempo fuera del trabajo (¡yey!), así que pude disfrutar estar en casa con mis muchachos. ¡Me encantó! :)</p>

<p>Para Navidad, tuvimos un tiempo tranquilo en casa este año. Extrañe a mi familia, Navidad no fue lo mismo sin ellos, pero pudimos empezar nuevas tradiciones con nuestro pequeño, <a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2013/08/meet-coen.html" title="Conozcan a Coen">Coen</a>. Yo crecí celebrando la Navidad en el 24, como es tradición en Honduras. Íbamos a la iglesia para la reunión de Nochebuena, visitábamos a la familia de mi papi, y luego nos reuníamos con la familia de mi mami para cenar, tirar cohetes, y después abrir regalos a la medianoche. El Mr. creció celebrando en el día 25, como es acostumbrado en los EE.UU.. Se levantaban temprano para abrir regalos y desayunar en casa, y más tarde iban a visitar a otros familiares. Dado que crecimos con diferentes tradiciones y ambos queríamos compartirlas con Coen, ¡decidimos combinarlas! Así que este año decidimos cocinar una cena rica en casa (¡y eso que no somos la clase que cocina mucho! Jaja.) y abrimos algunos de los regalos en Nochebuena, como yo estoy acostumbrada. Luego hicimos desayuno en casa y abrimos más regalos en la mañana del 25, como el Mr. está acostumbrado. Fue divertido ver a Coen disfrutarlo todo, ¡aunque en realidad todavía está muy pequeño para saber lo que está pasando! Jaja.</p>

<p>Para Año Nuevo, fuimos a la casa de unos amigos y todos llevamos a nuestros hijos con nosotros (¡y un lugar para donde ellos pudieran dormir!). Sí, ¡me siento vieja simplemente diciéndolo! Jaja. ¡Pero la pasamos muy bien! ¡Hubo mucha comida y mucho más risas! ¡Fue una gran manera de dar la bienvenida al año nuevo!</p>

<p>By now, you know that I love fashion and good style. But something I haven't told you much about is my love for technology and gadgets. Technology for technology sake is one thing, but when technology meets a true need and looks stylish while doing it, I'm so in! And since the Mr. is also a tech fanatic, we both try to keep up with the latest and greatest. It's addicting!</p>

<p>As you know, smartphones and tablets have changed our everyday lives the past few years; from social media, organization tools, to enabling global communication and so on. So what's the next logical step for mobile devices? Watches. Smartwatches that is! But what's so great about them anyway? Most of them look so techy and ugly, which is not my cup of tea...</p>

<p>My view of smartwatches changed when I saw a preview of the Motorola Moto 360 a few months ago. Finally one that actually looks stylish and like a real watch! The Moto 360 came out a few weeks ago and we had to hunt for it, but it was well worth it! I actually check the time on it a lot, like a real watch, but I also enjoy the access to notifications and being able to reply via voice commands. It might sound silly but when I'm on my way to and from work carrying my laptop, handbag, phones (work and personal), and sometimes lunchbag (I'm so cool, I know!), being able to text or email back without using my hands is pretty helpful! Haha. I also like the easy access to relevant information throughout my day like the weather, my agenda, step count, traffic and travel info, and so on. It's all pretty nifty for a gadget that I can wear on my wrist!</p>

<p>So there you have it, my new arm candy! Can you tell I'm obsessed?! It's also been fun mixing it with different bracelets for a pop of color! I can also change the watch face to mix things up!</p>

<p>Ya sabes que me gusta la moda y buen estilo. Pero algo que no te contado mucho es de mi amor por la tecnología y los gadgets. La tecnología que existe sin sentido es una cosa, pero cuando la tecnología cubre una verdadera necesidad y se ve muy bien mientras lo hace, ¡ahí sí me engancha! Y ya que el Mr. también es un fanático de la tecnología, los dos tratamos de mantenernos al día con los últimos y mejores productos. ¡Es bastante adictivo!</p>

<p>Como ustedes saben, los teléfonos inteligentes (celulares) y las tablets han cambiado nuestras vidas cotidianas en los últimos años; desde los medios de comunicación social, herramientas de organización, hasta facilitar la comunicación global y mucho más. Así que ¿cuál es el siguiente paso lógico para los dispositivos móviles? Los relojes. ¡Hablo de los smartwatches o relojes inteligentes! Pero, ¿qué es lo bueno de éstos de todos modos? La mayoría de ellos se ven tan tecnológicos y feos, ¡lo cual no es mi taza de té! Jaja.</p>

<p>Mi opinión de los smartwatches cambió cuando vi un avance del Motorola Moto 360 hace unos meses. ¡Finalmente uno que realmente se ve con estilo y como un reloj real! El Moto 360 salió hace unas semanas y tuvimos que ir de "casería" para conseguirlos, ¡pero valió la pena! De hecho, reviso la hora en él todo el tiempo, igual que un reloj real, pero también me gusta el acceso a las notificaciones y poder responder a través de comandos de voz. Puede sonar un poco tonto, pero cuando voy en camino al trabajo y viceversa y llevo mi laptop, cartera, teléfonos (trabajo y personal), y, a veces bolsa del almuerzo (tan cool, ¡yo sé! Jaja), ¡poder responder a un mensaje de texto o email sin usar mis manos es muy útil! Jaja. También me gusta el fácil acceso a la información relevante durante mi día como el tiempo, mi agenda, contador de pasos, información de tráfico y viaje, y mucho más. ¡Todo es bastante ingenioso para un gadget que puedo usar en mi muñeca!</p>

<p>Así que ahí lo tienen, ¡mi nuevo arm candy (decoración de brazo)! ¡¿Puedes ver que estoy obsesionada?! ¡También ha sido divertido mezclarlo con diferentes pulseras para darle un toque de color! Y si quiero cambiar más las cosas, ¡también puedo cambiarle la cara del reloj!</p>

<p>Hi again! I knew that having a baby would change my world, but man! I didn't know just HOW MUCH! I'm a self-proclaimed multitasker, but juggling family life, a busy work life, and a blogger life have been more than I could handle lately. Don't get me wrong, I feel very grateful for the good and the crazy, but it can be pretty exhausting too! Haha.</p>

<p>So here is a piece of my life these days. The Mr. and I are absolutely in love with our little one, <a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2013/08/meet-coen.html" title="Meet Coen">Coen</a>! He's almost a year and a half, and he's full of life and joy. He's strong-willed like yours truly, which I like but it's also quite a challenge! Haha. The first photo of Coen and me was taken a few months ago on our way to the beach.The second photo is of the Mr., Coen and I at New Year's Eve. Even though that pic is almost a year old, it's still one of my favorites!</p>

<p>I wanted to say hi and share with you what (who) keeps me busy and so in love nowadays!</p>

No me malinterpreten, me siento muy agradecida por lo bueno y lo loco, ¡pero puede ser bastante agotador también! Jaja.</p>

<p>Así que aquí está un pedacito de mi vida estos días. ¡El Mr. y yo estamos absolutamente enamorados con nuestro pequeño, <a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2013/08/meet-coen.html" title="Conozcan a Coen">Coen</a>! Él ya tiene casi un año y medio, y está lleno de vida y alegría. Es fuerte de voluntad como yo, lo que me gusta, ¡pero también es un reto! Jaja. La primera foto de Coen y yo fue tomada hace unos meses en nuestro camino a la playa. La segunda foto es del Mr., Coen y yo en la víspera de Año Nuevo. A pesar de que esa foto ya casi tiene un año, ¡es una de mis favoritas!</p>

<p>I don't know about you, but I can be quite the procrastinator! I make all sorts of lists to help me get things done in time, but I still manage get behind. So it's no wonder that I'm a few months late to share this post, but I hope that late is better than never!</p>

<p>As some of you know, I've been expecting a little boy... back in April! Haha. I knew I wanted to have a maternity photo shoot before I had my little boy, but I kept postponing it for "next Saturday". Well, me saying "let's do it next Saturday" kept going on for quite a while! Fortunately, I was able to sneak in this photo shoot just in time. We shot the photos on a Saturday, and my boy was born that very next Monday! He was born one week before his due date so I almost missed out on my photos!</p>

<p>For the shoot, I decided to go with bold colors. I wanted photos of 2 outfits, but since I had to change clothes in the car, I kept on the same pants! Haha. You may remember these pants from my <a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2013/01/belated-birthday.html" title="Belated Birthday">"Belated Birthday"</a> post back in January. I love their bright green color and the fact that they still fit this late in my pregnancy! For the tops, I went with flowy and light shirts since it was starting to get warm. And of course, I couldn't miss a pair of heels!</p>

<p>Yo no sé ustedes, ¡pero yo soy buena para dejar las cosas para último momento! Hago todo tipo de listas para ayudarme a hacer las cosas a tiempo, pero aún así me las arreglo a quedarme atrás. Así que no es sorprendente que esté algunos meses tarde para compartir este post, ¡pero espero que tarde sea mejor que nunca!</p>

<p>Como algunos de ustedes saben, he estado esperando un niñito ... ¡en abril! Jaja. Yo sabía que quería tener una sesión de fotos de maternidad antes de que tuviera mi niño, pero la seguía posponiendo para "el próximo sábado". Bueno, ¡yo diciendo "vamos a hacerlo el próximo sábado" continuó pasando por un buen rato! ¡Afortunadamente, tuve la oportunidad de colar esta sesión de fotos justo a tiempo! Tomamos las fotos en un sábado, ¡y mi niño nació ese próximo lunes! ¡Nació una semana antes de la fecha esperada, así que casi me pierdo las fotos!</p>

<p>Para esta sesión de fotos, decidí usar colores muy brillantes. Quería fotos de 2 atuendos, pero ya que tenía que cambiarme de ropa en el carro, ¡me quedé con los mismos pantalones! Jaja. Tal vez recuerdas estos pantalones de mi post llamado <a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2013/01/belated-birthday.html" title="Cumpleaños Retrasado">"Cumpleaños Retrasado"</a> en Enero. ¡Me encanta su color verde brillante y el hecho de que todavía me quedaban a estas alturas de mi embarazo! Para las camisas, me fui con unas medio flojas y de tela ligera, ya que estaba empezando a hacer calor. Y, por supuesto, ¡no podía faltar un par de zapatos de tacón!</p>
