<p>Today I'm sharing an easy DIY to make an exfoliating and moisturizing body scrub - courtesy of my friend and professional makeup artist Julissa Andara (<a href="https://www.facebook.com/PerfectingBeautyandCo/" target="_blank" title="Julissa Andara Makeup Artist">Perfecting Beauty & Co.</a>)!</p>

<h4 class="post-sub-title txt-left">Ingredients:</h4>
<ul>
 <li>1/2 cup of Brown Sugar</li>
    <li>3 tablespoons of Olive Oil</li>
    <li>A few drops of water</li>
</ul>

<h4 class="post-sub-title txt-left">Instructions:</h4>
<p>Add all three ingredients and mix well. Gently rub it on your body and/or face. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry.</p>

<p>As I mentioned in my previous post, <a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2012/10/fall-2012-faves-colors.html" title="Fall 2012 Faves: Colors" target="_blank">"Fall 2012 Faves: Colors"</a>, the color purple has slowly made its way into my closet and into my heart. Piece by piece it's won me over! The same way I used to stay away from purple, for the longest time I also ran away from plaid and, even more, flannel shirts. I don't know about you, but when I used to think of flannel, I always pictured a lumberjack in a red and black plaid shirt! Haha. So I'm still not sure what made me try on this shirt! Maybe it was the blue in it (my fave color!) or maybe I was just in a good mood that day. Haha. Whatever it was, I'm glad I did! I'm now in love with this purple and blue color combo, and it's such a comfy shirt as well! :)</p>

<p>To continue with the purple and blue theme, I chose these blue knit pants. They're super comfy and cute, but now all that purple and blue was a little overwhelming! To balance it out, I decided to add a neutral color to the shoes and jacket. I tend to go straight to gray, but I'm glad I went with tan / camel this time! I love how tan goes with everything and it just makes an outfit a little more cozy and friendly, don't you think?! Haha.</p>

    <p>Como mencioné en mi post anterior, <a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2012/10/fall-2012-faves-colors.html" title="Favoritos del Otoño 2012: Colores" target="_blank">"Favoritos del Otoño 2012: Colores"</a>, el color morado poco a poco ha hecho su camino a mi armario y a mi corazón. ¡Pieza por pieza me ha conquistado! De la misma manera que solía alejarme del morado, por mucho tiempo también corrí de la tela de cuadros y, más aún, las camisas de franela. Yo no sé ustedes, pero cuando yo solía pensar en la franela, ¡siempre me imaginaba un leñador con una camisa de cuadros rojo y negro! Jaja. ¡Así que todavía no estoy segura de qué me hizo probar esta camisa! Tal vez fue el azul en ella (¡mi color favorito!) o tal vez estaba en un buen humor ese día. Jaja. Sea lo que sea, ¡me alegro de haberlo hecho! Ahora estoy enamorada de esta combinación de morado y azul, y ¡es una camisa super cómoda también! :)</p>

<p>Para continuar con el tema de morado y azul, decidí usar estos pantalones azules. Son super cómodos y lindos, ¡pero ahora todo ese morado y azul era un poco abrumador! Para balancear estos colores, escogí los zapatos y la chaqueta en un color neutro. Suelo ir directamente al gris, ¡pero me alegra de que esta vez me fui por el color canela! Me encanta como este color va con todo y le da un toque amigable a cualquier atuendo, ¡¿no crees?! Jaja.</p>

<p>Fall just might be my favorite season! The weather cools down, the leaves start to change colors, it means Christmas is just around the corner, and Fall fashion just makes me happy! Today I'm talking about Fall color trends. We saw pretty pastels for spring and as we went into Summer, pastels rolled over but brights and neons were also added to the mix. Fall and Winter are usually known for subdued colors and the usual grays and blacks. This year, however, Fall is about ditching the neutrals and highlighting vibrant colors! So, here are my favorite Fall colors:</p>

<h4 class="post-sub-title txt-left">Oranges</h4>
<p>Tangerine and bright orange were huge for Summer and they continue to make their way into Fall. Trade in the neon orange for deeper, but still vibrant, orange hues like burnt orange.</p>

<h4 class="post-sub-title txt-left">Deep Purples</h4>
<p>I never was a big fan of purple, but it's been creeping into my wardrobe throughout this past year! Now I absolutely love purple, especially for Fall. When picking out purple pieces, think of rich hues of purple and violet, and even some brighter hues.</p>

<h4 class="post-sub-title txt-left">Vibrant Blues</h4>
<p>It's no secret that I love blue. It's absolutely my fave color, so I was very excited to see so many shades of blue for Fall! Think of rich and vibrant blues, and not just your typical navy blue for Fall. Some of the hot hues include cobalt, royal blue, and cerulean blue. (Does "cerulean blue" remind you of "The Devil Wears Prada" too? That's where my mind goes every time! Haha). Don't be afraid to also go into lighter shades like teal and such.</p>

<h4 class="post-sub-title txt-left">Military Green</h4>
<p>With this green, it's not just about the color but about the military vibe. Since this color is not very exciting on its own, try pairing it with bright colors to lighten up your outfit!</p>

<h4 class="post-sub-title txt-left">Burgundy and Reds</h4>
<p>One of the "it" colors of this season is definitely burgundy! It's all over the clothes and accessories for Fall! I just love how classy it is. Don't forget about the other shades of red though, even bright red!</p>

<h4 class="post-sub-title txt-left">Fun Yellows</h4>
<p>If you've read some of my Summer posts (<a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2012/06/neon-joy.html" target="_blank" title="Neon Joy">"Neon Joy"</a>, <a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2012/06/color-crush-highlighter-yellow.html" target="_blank" title="Color Crush: Highlighter Yellow">"Color Crush: Highlighter Yellow"</a>, etc.), you'll know how obsessed I've been about yellow! Haha. And it seems like Fall will be a continuation of such love. We're still looking at bright yellows, but tone them down a bit and also add some mustard-y shades to your wardrobe.</p>

<p>El Otoño podría ser mi estación favorita. ¡El clima empieza a enfriar, las hojas cambian de color, significa que la Navidad está a la vuelta de la esquina, y más importante, la moda de Otoño simplemente me hace feliz! Hoy les quiero compartir mis tendencias favoritas de color para este Otoño. Vimos muchos colores pastel para la Primavera y a medida que avanzamos al Verano, los pasteles continuaron pero los colores brillantes y neones también se añadieron a la mezcla. El Otoño y el Invierno son generalmente conocidos por los colores apagados y los grises y negros aburridos. Sin embargo, ¡este Otoño es todo acerca de abandonar los colores neutrales y resaltar los colores vivos! Así que aquí están mis colores favoritos para este Otoño:</p>

<h4 class="post-sub-title txt-left">Anaranjados</h4>
<p>El anaranjado brillante y el color mandarina fueron enormes para el Verano y continúan su popularidad en Otoño. Cambia el anaranjado neón por tonos más profundos, pero siempre vivos, como el anaranjado quemado.</p>

<h4 class="post-sub-title txt-left">Morados Profundos</h4>
<p>Nunca fui una gran fanática del color morado, ¡pero en el último año se ha infiltrado en mi vestuario! Ahora me encanta el morado, especialmente para el Otoño. Cuando escojas piezas moradas, piensa en tonos vivos de morado y violeta, incluyendo tonos más brillantes.</p>

<h4 class="post-sub-title txt-left">Azules Vivos</h4>
<p>No es secreto que me encanta el color azul. Es absolutamente mi color favorito, ¡así que me emocioné mucho al ver tantos tonos de azul para este Otoño! ¡Piensa en tonos vivos y no sólo en tu típico azul marino! Algunos de los azules del momento incluyen el cobalto, azul real, y el azul cerúleo. (¿No te recuerda el "azul cerúleo" a la película "The Devil Wears Prada"? ¡Ahí es donde se va mi mente cada vez! Jaja). No tengas miedo de ir también a los tonos más claros como el verde azulado y otros parecidos.</p>

<p>Con este verde, no se trata solamente del color pero de la vibra militar que le da a tu atuendo. Ya que este color no es muy emocionante por sí mismo, ¡prueba combinarlo con colores brillantes para que tu atuendo sea un poco más feliz!</p>

<h4 class="post-sub-title txt-left">Burdeos y los Rojos</h4>
<p>¡Uno de los colores más populares de esta temporada es definitivamente el color burdeos! ¡Lo puedes ver en toda la ropa y accesorios del momento! Simplemente me encanta cuán elegante es. Pero no te olvides de los otros tonos de rojo, ¡incluyendo el rojo vivo!</p>

<p>Si has leído algunos de mis post del Verano (<a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2012/06/neon-joy.html" target="_blank" title="Gozo Neón">"Gozo Neón"</a>, <a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2012/06/color-crush-highlighter-yellow.html" target="_blank" title="Amor de Color: Amarillo de Resaltar">"Amor de Color: Amarillo de Resaltar"</a>, etc.), ¡sabrás que tan obsesionada he estado por el amarillo! Y parece que el Otoño será una continuación de ese amor. Todavía estamos viendo amarillos vivos, pero busca tonos un poco menos brillante y también añade algunos tonos de mostaza a tu vestuario.</p>
