<p>I went a "little" shopping-crazy for the kiddos during the holiday sales... but at least everything was on sale and I only got things they needed! Haha. For today's look, I mixed and matched some of the new items, and I was surprised that the 2T items fit so well since she's been wearing 18-24M clothes. Coen has always been smaller in size (he turns 5 this year and he just recently outgrew 3T items!), so I'm still getting used to the fact that Adi apparently won't be that way!</p>

<p>Anyway, back to her cute little outfit. I don't do usually over-the-top girly (for either her or me), but today's #waw (what Adi wore) outfit is definitely girly! I love the blush pink and sparkly details! The top is a thermal tee so it's perfect for this cold weather. I bought her these jeggings in 2T and 3T since they are not only cute, but were at such a good price! My favorite part are definitely the shoes. The blush color and the bows are beyond adorable!</p>

<p>The toy she's playing with on the last photo is one of her Christmas gifts, and she loves it! It's definitely a good learning toy for her age, and Coen also likes to play (and sort of learn) with it! The cash register toy on the previous photo is one of Coen's Christmas gift; she likes to play with it but needs supervision since the coins are small and she still likes to eat toys once in a while!</p>

<p>Me puse un "poco" loca cuando andaba de  compras para los niños durante la Navidad ... ¡pero al menos todo estaba en oferta y solo compré cosas que necesitaban! Jaja. Para el look de hoy, le combiné algunas cosas de la ropa nueva, y me sorprendió que ya le quedara todo en talla 2T ya que ha estado usando ropa 18-24M. Coen siempre ha sido más pequeño (¡cumple 5 años este año y recientemente dejó de usar talla 3T en algunas cosas!), así que todavía me estoy acostumbrando a la idea de que Adi aparentemente no será así.</p>

<p>De todos modos, volviendo a su atuendo lindo. No suelo gravitar hacia la ropa super femenina (¡ni para ella ni para yo!), pero el atuendo hoy es definitivamente femenino. ¡Me encanta el color rosado pálido y los detalles brillantes! La camiseta es de tela térmica, por lo que es perfecta para este clima frío. Le compré estos jeggings en tallas 2T y 3T, ya que no sólo son lindos, ¡pero también estaban a un precio muy bueno! Mi parte favorita es definitivamente los zapatos. ¡El color rosadito y los chongos son tan preciosos!</p>

<p>El juguete que está usando en las última foto es uno de sus regalos de Navidad, ¡y le encanta! ¡Definitivamente es un buen juguete de aprendizaje para su edad, y a Coen también le gusta jugar (y más o menos aprender) con él! El juguete de la caja registradora en la foto anterior es uno de los regalos de Navidad de Coen; a Adi le gusta jugar con ella, pero necesita supervisión ya que las monedas son pequeñas y ¡todavía le gusta comer juguetes de vez en cuando!</p>

<p>As you may know by now, flowy and oversized tops are on trend these days. While I'm all for comfy clothes, especially while chasing two kiddos around the house, I'm also petite and flowy clothes overpower my 5'1 frame! To avoid looking like a blob of fabric, I like to add more fit with a belt or a fitted layer like a belted/wrap cardigan, sweater, or jacket. In this outfit, my belt actually came with a summer dress, but I like to mix it up and use it with a sweatshirt or top to add some shape!</p>

<p>Como ya sabrás, las camisas flojas y grandes están de moda en estos días. Aunque estoy a favor de la ropa cómoda, especialmente mientras corro con mis dos niños por toda la casa, también soy pequeña y la ropa grande domina mi cuerpo de 5'1 pies. Para evitar parecer un gran pedazo de tela andante, me gusta ponerle más forma con un cinturón o con otra capa de ropa ajustada, como un suéter o chaqueta que tenga cinturón o que se amarre. En este atuendo, mi cinturón vino con un vestido de verano, pero me gusta mezclarlo y usarlo con una sudadera o camisa para darle algo de forma.</p>

<p>I don't know about you, but I can be quite the procrastinator! I make all sorts of lists to help me get things done in time, but I still manage get behind. So it's no wonder that I'm a few months late to share this post, but I hope that late is better than never!</p>

<p>As some of you know, I've been expecting a little boy... back in April! Haha. I knew I wanted to have a maternity photo shoot before I had my little boy, but I kept postponing it for "next Saturday". Well, me saying "let's do it next Saturday" kept going on for quite a while! Fortunately, I was able to sneak in this photo shoot just in time. We shot the photos on a Saturday, and my boy was born that very next Monday! He was born one week before his due date so I almost missed out on my photos!</p>

<p>For the shoot, I decided to go with bold colors. I wanted photos of 2 outfits, but since I had to change clothes in the car, I kept on the same pants! Haha. You may remember these pants from my <a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2013/01/belated-birthday.html" title="Belated Birthday">"Belated Birthday"</a> post back in January. I love their bright green color and the fact that they still fit this late in my pregnancy! For the tops, I went with flowy and light shirts since it was starting to get warm. And of course, I couldn't miss a pair of heels!</p>

<p>Yo no sé ustedes, ¡pero yo soy buena para dejar las cosas para último momento! Hago todo tipo de listas para ayudarme a hacer las cosas a tiempo, pero aún así me las arreglo a quedarme atrás. Así que no es sorprendente que esté algunos meses tarde para compartir este post, ¡pero espero que tarde sea mejor que nunca!</p>

<p>Como algunos de ustedes saben, he estado esperando un niñito ... ¡en abril! Jaja. Yo sabía que quería tener una sesión de fotos de maternidad antes de que tuviera mi niño, pero la seguía posponiendo para "el próximo sábado". Bueno, ¡yo diciendo "vamos a hacerlo el próximo sábado" continuó pasando por un buen rato! ¡Afortunadamente, tuve la oportunidad de colar esta sesión de fotos justo a tiempo! Tomamos las fotos en un sábado, ¡y mi niño nació ese próximo lunes! ¡Nació una semana antes de la fecha esperada, así que casi me pierdo las fotos!</p>

<p>Para esta sesión de fotos, decidí usar colores muy brillantes. Quería fotos de 2 atuendos, pero ya que tenía que cambiarme de ropa en el carro, ¡me quedé con los mismos pantalones! Jaja. Tal vez recuerdas estos pantalones de mi post llamado <a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2013/01/belated-birthday.html" title="Cumpleaños Retrasado">"Cumpleaños Retrasado"</a> en Enero. ¡Me encanta su color verde brillante y el hecho de que todavía me quedaban a estas alturas de mi embarazo! Para las camisas, me fui con unas medio flojas y de tela ligera, ya que estaba empezando a hacer calor. Y, por supuesto, ¡no podía faltar un par de zapatos de tacón!</p>

I knew this sweater with two zebras hugging would be the perfect outfit to showcase my emotions when Nat asked me to do a guest post on her blog! I paired the sweater with some basic leather leggings and these amazing new Chanel espadrilles. I've hesitated on purchasing them in canvas because I was scared to get them dirty but these leather bad boys are a dream come true! Perfect outfit for a casual day in the park with the hubs or for some quality family time. <br />

    ¡Esta semana he estado envuelta en el tema del matrimonio e hijos ya que una de mis mejores amigas se acaba de comprometer (Felicidades Carolyn) y mi colega blogger de Nat in Love está a punto de tener su primer bebé (Felicidades Nat)! ¡Supe que este suéter con dos cebras abrazándose sería el atuendo perfecto para demostrar mis emociones cuando Nat me pidió hacer un post de invitada para su blog! Combiné el suéter con unas leggings básicas de cuero y con estas alpargatas nuevas de marca Chanel. He dudado en comprarlas en lienzo por miedo de que se ensucien, ¡pero estos chicos de cuero son un sueño hecho realidad! Un atuendo perfecto para un día casual en el parque con el esposo o para disfrutar un tiempo en familia. <br />

<p>Hi guys! I'm Sheila and I blog over at <a href="http://www.sheislovelyblog.com" target="_blank" title="She is Lovely">"She is Lovely"</a>. I created this little blog of mine to express my own personal style within the blogging community and also gain ideas and tips from other bloggers such as Nat! :)</p>
<p>Lately my go-to weekend outfit has been my chambray with colored skinny jeans. Not only are the skinny jeans comfy but hey you can get them in all the colors of the rainbow! How great is that? I particularly love wearing them over my regular jeans because color mixing is much more fun! Don't you think?</p>

<p>If you read my previous post, <a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2013/02/let-me-try-firmoo-glasses.html" target="_blank" title="Let Me Try: Firmoo Glasses">"Let Me Try: Firmoo Glasses"</a>, you got a tiny sneak peek of today's outfit post. At least you could see that I was wearing a red jacket, and a black and white striped top or dress!</p>

<p>I don't know if it's just a Georgia thing, but the "wintery" weather over here has been very temperamental! Some of the past few days have been sunny and in the 70's °F, and then some days are cold in the 30's and 40's °F! Haha. Luckily, this particular day was sunny and cool, yet not freezing! That's why I chose this light jacket but I still wore tights! Haha.</p>

<p>When putting together an outfit, I usually start with an item, color scheme, or at least general idea of what I want to look like. For this particular outfit, it all started with the dress! I don't know about you, but I love jersey and knit dresses. They're so comfy yet they still look put-together, and this dress is no exception! Add on the stripes, which I'm always a sucker for, and also the fact that it's non-maternity and it still fits... Yup, it all makes me very happy! I just got it a few weeks ago, and I liked it so much that got it in red and blue as well! :)</p>
<p>Since the dress was just black and white, I wanted to add some color elsewhere. That's where this jacket comes in! It's very bright and just thick enough for the cool weather. It also has drawstrings inside, so you can adjust it to give you more of a waist. Right now I can't really do much with them as you can see, but you get the idea! Haha.</p>
<p>As far as the shoes go, I quickly gravitated towards these booties. I don't know about you, but during Fall and Winter I wear mostly boots and booties. I found these ones on sale at Target and I've been wearing them non-stop! They are heeled but the wedge makes them really comfortable! I find it funny just how many people have told me they can't believe I'm still in heels! I love heels, what can I say?! Haha. As long as my body lets me, I'll be in heels. We're 2 months away from the big date and so far they have not been an issue! We'll see how long that lasts! Haha.</p>

<p>To finish the look, I added a simple silver necklace and a cuff bracelet. I love this multi-stranded necklace because it's simple yet versatile. I can wear it in a knot like this, fold it to make it into a short necklace, or I can wear it all down. Whenever I can buy something that I can wear multiple ways, I'm all about it! Haha. This bracelet is also one of my usual go-to's. It's easy to throw on when I'm on a hurry and it goes with just about anything!</p>

<p>Well, there you have it. Stripes, red, and baby bump! Haha. The jacket hides the baby bump more than I thought, but at least you can see how the stripes bend around the belly area! Haha.</p>

    <p>Si leíste mi artículo anterior, <a href="http://www.natinlove.com/2013/02/let-me-try-firmoo-glasses.html" target="_blank" title="Déjame Probar: Lentes Firmoo">"Déjame Probar: Lentes Firmoo"</a>, pudiste ver un pequeño adelanto del atuendo de hoy. ¡Por lo menos viste que estaba usando una chaqueta roja, y una camisa o vestido de rayas blanco y negro! Jaja.</p>

<p>No sé si es algo sólo en Georgia, ¡pero el clima "invernal" ha estado bastante temperamental por aquí! ¡Algunos días han sido soleados y en los 70's °F, y después otros fríos en los 30's y 40's °F! Jaja. Afortunadamente, este día en particular estuvo asoleado y fresco, ¡pero no super frío! Es por eso que usé esta chaqueta de tela ligera, ¡pero siempre me puse mallas! Jaja.</p>

<p>Cuando estoy planeando un atuendo, usualmente empiezo con un artículo, esquema de color, o por lo menos con una idea de cómo quisiera verme. Para este atuendo en particular, ¡todo empezó con el vestido! No sé a vos, pero a mí me encantan los vestidos de tela camiseta y de punto. Son tan cómodos y al mismo tiempo se ven presentables, ¡y este vestido no es la excepción! Agrégale las rayas, por las cuales siempre me muero, y también el hecho de que no es de maternidad y todavía me queda... Sip, ¡todo eso me hace muy feliz! Jaja. Lo compré hace unas pocas semanas, ¡y me gusta tanto que lo compré en rojo y azul también! :)</p>

<p>Ya que el vestido es sólo blanco y negro, quise agregar un poco de color en otro lado. ¡Ahí es donde entra esta chaqueta! Es de color brillante y suficientemente gruesa para el clima fresco. También tiene cordones adentro, así que puedes ajustarla para darte más cintura. ¡En este momento no puedo hacer mucho con ellos, como puedes ver, pero tú sí puedes si quieres! Jaja.</p>

<p>En cuanto a los zapatos se trata, rápidamente me gravité hacia estos botines. No sé vos, pero yo durante el Otoño e Invierno suelo usar casi sólo botas y botines. Encontré este par en oferta en Target, ¡y los he usado bastante desde entonces! Tienen tacón, ¡pero la cuña los hace super cómodos! ¡Me da risa cuánta gente me ha dicho que no pueden creer que siga usando tacones! ¡Me encantan los tacones, ¿qué puedo decir?! Jaja. Mientras mi cuerpo me lo permita, seguiré usándolos. ¡Estamos a 2 meses de la gran fecha y todavía no me han molestado! ¡A ver cuánto más tiempo duro! Jaja.</p>

<p>Para finalizar el atuendo, agregué un collar de cadenas y una pulsera plateada. Me encanta este collar de cadenas múltiples ya que es simple pero versátil. Lo puedo usar así en nudo, doble como collar corto, o dejarlo todo hacia abajo. Cuando puedo comprar algo que puedo usar de varias maneras, ¡me hace muy feliz! Jaja. Esta pulsera también es una de mis preferidas. ¡Es fácil de poner cuando ando a la carrera y es fácil de combinar también!</p>

<p>Bueno, ahí lo tienes. ¡Rayas, rojo, y pancita de bebé! Jaja. La chaqueta oculta la pancita más de lo que pensaba, ¡pero por lo menos puedes ver cómo las rayas se curvan en el área del estómago! Jaja.</p>
